At Pentabilities, I led an internal initiative to redesign the UI of our core Student Analytics tool. The original interface wasted up to 85% of screen space on navigation and non-essential stats. My proposal refocused the layout around key content, streamlined the user experience, and introduced features aligned with our broader product suite.
The redesign was approved and shipped to production within a month. I led the process as Product Lead in close collaboration with Full-Stack Developer Grzegorz Sierocki.
Highlights
Introduced cleaner layout and reorganized low-frequency components to streamline user flow.
Enhanced visual hierarchy and personality through icons, avatars, and better use of space.
Maintained design consistency using existing visual identity and Ant Design design library.

At Pentabilities, I designed a mockup for a new featured dubbed Cycle Manager — a digital tool that was designed to bring the company’s full socioemotional learning methodology online for the first time.
Previously, this multi-step process existed only in fragmented paper formats. My goal was to digitize it in a way that would guide educators seamlessly through the planning, observation, evaluation, and feedback stages without overwhelming them. The interface introduces clarity, structure, and flexibility — making a complex, paper-heavy workflow intuitive and easy to manage.
Highlights
Designed full UI/UX for digitizing an analog, research-based methodology.
Improved usability by revealing only context-relevant steps and content.
Supported flexible workflows with paper/digital/hybrid session options.
This interactive prototype reimagines Pentabilities’ core platform for iOS, built in Figma with a focus on mobile-first usability and accessibility.
The redesign retains all core functionality but improves the user experience through:
Larger buttons and text labels replacing icons for clearer navigation.
Collapsible menus and paginated flows to reduce on-screen clutter.
A hierarchical structure that guides users step-by-step through complex tasks.
Proposing a new in-app notification system to replace email alerts, keeping updates within the app environment and reducing context switching.
